Deuces 2017!

Well ladies, here we are, nearing the end of 2017. If you’re anything like me, you’re probably searching for the best NYE outfit, setting some goals, and preparing for all of the “New Year New Me” tweets, posts, and statuses.

Haters will say “You can’t turn a hoe into a housewife”

....wait....wait...wait….that’s not where I wanted to go with this post lol.

Okay, let’s try this again!

Haters will say, “Oh, what you about to act brand new, huh?”

Regal Ladies will say, “Yup..sure am!” and keep it moving.

Why is it that some people don’t want to see you change and grow and evolve into a better person? Why is that some people think that having a “New Year’s” goal is a joke? Like you can’t reset and start over on January 1st.

If you are surrounded by these types of people, get rid of them now! Those are the type of people that you don’t need in your life and you don’t need that negative baggage moving into 2018. If you read my last post 20Greateen, and completed the Goals Sheet, you saw that I created space to list things that are to be left in 2017.

Lately, I’ve have been reflecting a lot on my relationships, business goals, and personal goals. I’ve also reflected on my energy. Who am I giving it to and what am I putting it towards? Who am I allowing in my physical space and what am I allowing in my mental space?

So after sitting in silence, meditating, asking…..and answering my own questions lol, I’ve created a list of habits that I am for sure leaving in 2017. Check out my list and feel free to comment with what you plan to leave in 2017.

  1. Fear of Taking Risks

  2. Self Doubt

  3. Toxic Relationships/Friendships/Acquaintanceships

  4. Putting My Energy Towards Things That Won’t Help Me Reach My Goals

  5. Procrastinating

  6. Overthinking Everything

  7. Being a Control Freak

Lets mentally prepare ourselves to have a fresh start and clean slate for 20Greateen.
